Meet Gabs!
Gabs Ilagan, M.A., is a staff clinician at the New England Center for OCD and Anxiety. She graduated with double majors in Psychology and History from Williams College, then worked at McLean Hospital in Boston, MA for three years before beginning a PhD in Clinical Psychology at Fordham University, NY in 2021. She enjoys collaborating with children, teens, and adults with OCD and anxiety-related disorders to understand their unique experiences and guide them toward meaningful change. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based treatments, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She strives to create a warm, supportive environment where individuals feel both understood and empowered.
Gabs is originally from the Philippines, and enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, playing board games, reading, and going to the beach.
